今日はひととき現実を忘れたしあわせをご報告。
わが社の茶芸師である付さんが中国茶を入れてくれました。
こじんまりした茶室に数人が集まり、
中国古来の弦楽器が奏でる妖艶で穏やかな音楽をBGMに、
誰ともなく感じるままに湧いてくるおしゃべりを楽しめました。
中国茶の香りとぬくもりを肌で感じ、なめらかに届く琵琶のような音色。
日常から束の間離れたほっこり時間でした。
この時いただいたお茶は三種類。中でも私が好きになったのは
障平水仙。緑茶の仲間だそうです。
煎を重ねるごとに、香りと味の違いを楽しむことができる
中国茶の特長を生かしているのではないでしょうか。
1煎目にはくちなしの香りで口の中がいっぱいになり
3煎目には新たな強い香り。
日本の煎茶とは違い、10煎目まで楽しめるというからさらにびっくり。
中国茶への興味がますます広がります。
